When you arrive for your appointment, please:
Remain in your car and text (507)412-5900 or call the office to tell us you have arrived. We will notify you when you should enter the building.
Facemasks will be REQUIRED in order to enter the building and should be worn at all times unless you are being treated by a team member. Please bring your own. Due to limited supplies, we cannot guarantee we can provide them for you and without a facemask, we will not be able to see you. (cloth masks are great for this purpose)
We will have limited seating in the waiting room and ask that for most appointments, the patient comes into the building alone. Adults are welcome if a minor requires their presence or for initial consultation appointments. Facemasks will be required for any acccompanying adult.
Upon entering the building, temperatures will be taken. We will not be able to see you if it is greater than 100.3ºF. Please do not keep an appointment if you have had a fever, cough, flu-like symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Please brush your teeth before you come to the office. We are closing the brushing area and game room, have removed magazines and will no longer serve beverages in our lobby area.
Safety to our patients and team is a priority and our operational policies will continue to change as the CDC and Board of Dentistry require.
